Thanks! I bought a few 3/8-inch Uni-Strut nuts this evening. Was planning to ream out the holes in the legs to accept a 3/8-inch bolt and use the nuts. I may add an additional spacer between the nuts to distribute the load a bit more.

Based on his post many months ago, I went ahead with a similar setup.
I removed my Mopar tri-fold hard cover, and then installed the Truxedo Elevate TS rail system and the Literider tonneau bed cover.
Huge backups for Yakima products due to the pandemic, I had ordered back in May and only now did my Overhaul HD system get delivered to me, I'm still waiting on the sidebars and some other mounting accessories.
I went with the Yakima Overhaul system to have height adjustment, also went with the 60" HD bars.
Just installed it this morning.

The cover rubs a bit on the back legs but makes it through. So much so, that I don’t need to latch it anymore.
I had these Front Runner brackets open in my browser last week to purchase in the next few days. They are gone from their website today and their CS say they no longer have them. Shit timing. Does anyone have these they want to sell or any new solutions?Finally got my Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform (42113B) installed on Samson. Was able to attach the rack to the Backflip Revolver X4S tonneau using the Front Runner Top Mount TALL Legs (LASS033) by using some uni-strut nuts and 3/8” bolts and washers. Had to slightly oversized the through holes in the legs to accept the 3/8” bolts.
Rhino Rack had the side rails on clearance so I added those as well. Thanks to those that shared part numbers!

I had some custom brackets made out of 5mm plate steel. Laser cut, powder coated and then mounted some Yakima heavy duty racks to those. They bolt into the factory trail rails, take 5 minutes to bolt. And i can use the factroy Jeep tonneau (which I really like) with plenty of clearance. On top of the bars I mount 4 x Thule bike carriers for when we go camping with the camper trailer (bikes can't mount on the camper).
That's the ticket! Did you have to have a trail rail system? My Armis roll-up does not have the trail rail system. Also, are you able to fairly easily remove the rack? I'd only want it on there for adventures, not for daily driving.I took a chance on the 10 inch Max-Modular- hoping I would still be able to roll open my Rugged Ridge hard rolling tonneau. Well... success! The build quality of the Max Modular is fantastic and I’m able to roll the tonneau almost all the way open. See photos. The “riser” is a super strut fab I put together so that I could clear the roofline for longer items like the SUP in the photos.
Nice, I just did the sameWanted more cargo space to haul snowboards and gear on trips to CO. Couldn't find many photos of Gladiators with longer roof top cargo boxes on low crossbars.
Went with the Truck Covers USA bed cover with Yakima HD tracks. Still have good access to the bed even with the cargo box and bars. I have been very happy with the bed cover.
The cargo box sticks out past the tailgate, but no more than a tow hitch would. I had the box shifted to the driver side for easy access from the ground. Aesthetically... it is a bit odd, but functionally it works great.
Dropping photos here for those looking to put a Yakima or Thule cargo box on their 5ft beds. I had to search Tacoma, Ford, and Chevy forums to find examples of cargo box overhang with shorter beds.
