At first glance this rack appears to actually be perfect:

Appears to be wide enough to have a bed cover, keep installed and still roll up the bed cover, sturdy enough to carry all out sh!t. Did you build or buy? Looks excellent.

The base is a set of BillieBars with 8” risers. The upper rack is a GoRhino SRM-600 (55” long version).

It's a good looking system. I personally do not put bikes up top because I am paranoid about it LOL

I may have a past history of coming home exhausted after a long drive and pulling straight into the garage with something tall strapped in the back...

I hit my garage door one time at the A pillar for this very reason, tired, not paying attention.

With some tweaking of the heat shield..... maybe. But I doubt it, I moved the heat shield out by using longer bolt or double nutting it or something to fit a 37. A 38 would be tight with the exhaust.
I would actually be inclined to ditch the spare if you are running a decent 38.
Beefy sidewalls, good plug kit etc. Fuck it.
