Ok I feel a little better I’m not the only one thank you for the infoMine does the exact same thing. I also notice that the latch on the passenger side swings MUCH easier than the driver side - so I assume it could be related to a latch adjustment of some sort? I haven't really tried to mess with it yet since it's still water tight.
LOL - yeah, they are responding to someone, just not me.
Would love to see pictures of how your sunrider fits along the tops of the doors, especially the RIGHT door, and if the seals get crushed down.I recently installed a Bestop sunrider on my 2025 gladiator I noticed that it sits higher on the passengers side . Is there any fix or has anyone experienced same thing?

Not advised. Even Bestop says this should not be needed. The top should rest evenly in the windshield header seal without relying on clamps to even it out. Looks to me like I'm not the only one having fitment issues. If there is no water or air leak I would not worry about it. If you want to adjust the clamps, there are two Torx screws you can loosen to move the latch receiver. Just a FYI, moving this also affects the fit of the Freedom panel, so you might decide to move them back later. It's easy, I have done this with my Bestop. (Which I like a lot)
Here is a photo I found over on the Wrangler site. The two screws are T40s, I think. The white pin is on the Freedom panel and is what aligns the panel front to back. (There is not a pin like this on the Bestop, of course):

Yes, I do like it. Adjusting these two clamps is trivial. I don't care the the Mucket flaps need to be tucked up rather than down. After a couple seasons there is no damage on them, as there is enough clearance that the top does not crush them. I am also the type the likes to tweak things until I am happy, so just keep fiddling until I like it. Pros out-way the cons on this one.Not advised. Even Bestop says this should not be needed. Would love to see pics of the sides. I'd bet the top you love so much is a crappy fit but you look past that part.
You accepting a crap fit are one reason it's never been fixed. And I guess you don't understand what those seals are for. Thanks for giving Bestop a pass on a crappy fit instead of doing things rightYes, I do like it. Adjusting these two clamps is trivial.
