I've tried a couple dealerships myself for the '23s. Trying to get into a diesel rubicon but my financial situation isn't one where they can help. I'm *very* limited due to some stupidity - but I'm also trying to snag a diesel since I regret not getting one back in 2020. The dealership I got in touch with today had a payment of 120 more a month than the one in KY I was first working with. Some dealerships try and others don't.
Hopefully some additional incentives roll out. I'm at least getting on a couple lists as a just in case they're desperate type thing lol.

Looks like 23s will last well into the summer. ZERO hurry for anyone to buy. Jeep will probably stay at 15% and offer a certificate on the website for 1k valid on the 23 gladitor but you can stack with the 15%?…I would like to try my first Jeep but idk its going to happen.

The prices on the 23's left are so out to lunch even with 15%. The more basic (and affordable) 23 models are mostly well gone. The ones left are the fully loaded Mojaves and Rubicons. The fully loaded models seem like a bad investment....put the same vehicle in KBB and right off the lot you lose $10k (even with the 15% incentive and a dealer discount). That kind of resale might drive me to just buy a JLUR instead.

I have attempted to negotiate a couple of different Gladiator deals over the past few days. This has been on the Rubicon and the Mojave. Dealers are sticking to the 15% and have other charges as well beyond normal tax and title. Deals are not bad. Lukewarm is how I would describe them. But I have not found a deal worth replacing my 2020 Gladiator. Fingers crossed incentives continue and maybe improve in February .

Right. I’m not seeing the pricing that would make me a Jeep gladiator owner unfortunately… would like to own one.. but to be honest just priced a new 23 ridgline rtl… 40k otd… I’ll wait on the new incentives as I said would like to have a Jeep but not at the prices I’m seeing

It’s hard to take someone seriously that would consider a Honda Ridgeline at any cost! ?

Yes I'm absolutely ok with that… As someone new to Jeep I’m just surprised at how much inventory is available in 24 on 23 models..,
Interest rates.

Having been watching prices in my region (PNW) over the last month or so, it seems that supply of Rubicons and Mojaves seem to have been dropping with the 15% (sometimes more) MSRP discounts. In contrast, many dealers seem to still have plenty of base models around. I very well may be misreading the market but suggest that IF I was going to buy a Gladiator with options and in color I wanted, I had better think about doing it soon. That said, if my goal was to get lowest price JT with whatever the leftovers were, I do think that waiting might be wise and think that there could be even better deals to be found. Again though, on leftovers.

All that said, I just bought a 2023 JTM last week at 19% below MSRP.

EDIT: I recognize that my assessment is the opposite of @rockman . I am just calling it like I am seeing it.

No I think you are right. I should have better explained what I meant. I mean that basic Rubicons and Mojaves seem to be mostly gone. There are still some basic Sports and such around it seems, with dealers not really discounting them too much.
I had my eyes on a Rubicon diesel, but the price is just way too much still even with the 15% discount and a 5%ish dealer discount.

Stack only means you can't apply two discount coupons on the same purchase. Absolutely you can use the $1K coupon with the 15% off. It's 15% off minus dealer discount minus coupon.

It would be idiotic for Jeep to be issuing $1K off coupons and expecting it to mean anything at all if you couldn't use it with the 15% off.

The problem right now is many potential buyers already own a Gladiator but bought before the discounts. There is no way in hell to get them right-side-up until the discounts pass 20%.

This is the only disclaimer on the coupons:

1. Valid toward the purchase or lease of a new and unused 2023 Jeep Renegade (excluding Sport 4x2), Grand Cherokee WL (including 4xe), Wrangler (including 4xe and excluding Rubicon 392) and Gladiator models. Purchase or lease of new and unused 2024 Jeep Wrangler (including 4xe and excluding Rubicon 392) and Grand Cherokee (including SRT and 4xe) models. Must order or take retail delivery by XX/XX/XXXX. Not available to the general public. Valid for the person named on certificate and transferable only to immediate family members within the same household (requires proof of address via government issued identification). Certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease. Only one (1) certificate per email or postal mail address. Only one (1) original certificate may be redeemed per eligible customer. If original certificate is lost, a dealer can verify customer eligibility. Offer not redeemable on a purchase or lease made prior to receiving this certificate. Certificate is nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash. Contact dealer for details. Program ID: XXXXX
