I know this has been asked a whole LOT. I just want to be certain before I spend my money.
I have a 2021 Overland and I’d like to start wheeling it on some trails and light off-roading.
- what’s the biggest tire I can run stock?
-Whats the biggest tire with Rubicon Flares?
- Or Is there another flare that’s better for bigger tires that don’t require drilling?
Eventually I’ll lift it, but that’s at least a year or so out.
Thanks!

I agree with the level kit and 35". Anything less and you will rub

What if you have a max tow package and remove the little fender extensions?

I have a 2.5" lift with 35's. I'm not sure how well 37's would fit

I tow often so a lift complicates things.

I went with 285-65-18 KO2s on Black Rhino rims.

No lift, no spacers, no re gear.

Keepin' it simple.

No rub, rides schweet!

Trails and light off roadin' no issues.

That’s the avenue I’d like to go, did you have to go with new shocks too?
do you think 33”s would fit withnout rub with no leveling kit?
Nope - it comes with shock extensions; see here. Seeing as the OEM tire is 32", I can't imagine another inch making that much of a difference - in fact, I think I've seen a few Overland owners on this board order theirs with 33s. I mostly did it to eliminate the rake, but once I saw how much clearance I had (and seeing what other Overland owners on this board had done with theirs), 35s fit nicely.

Absolutely. The stock tires are 32.2” and they look tiny. Stock is 255/70/18s. I have 285/70/18s and they don’t rub on stock suspension. That’s a little over a 34.
