Block Heater 3.6

I have searched several times and found nothing on this subject....simple question, though. Does the 3.6 come with the block heater installed even though it is not listed as an option on the build sheet? I have heard this rumor and was wondering if anyone could verify. If so, where is it located on the engine? If I could get away with just ordering the cord, that would be great! Thanks in advance.

That's what I figured.

The Diesel engine is supposed to come with the block heater already installed. Ordering the block heater option gets the power cord installed at the factory.

The gas engine has to be ordered with the block heater option to get it installed at the factory. It can be installed later, but mounts in a cavity under the AC compressor.
