Bluetooth Speaker Fix

Is the speaker supposed to transmit the audio from the uconnect system in the truck? I can't figure out how to pair it with the vehicle as an auxiliary speaker. The whole reason I bought it was because I thought I could uselay the satellite radio from the truck at my campsite 20' away.

If it's only intended to pair to my phone it's kind of a bust. I've got a much cheaper Bluetooth speaker that. I don't have any cell signal when I'm off the grid so satellite radio is my favorite way to listen to music.

I feel exactly the same way: pairing to a phone is a bust.
Bought a Jeep, to, well, Jeep.
Thats why I also bought XM - even that needs adjusting, especially antenna location.
I'm installing an external antenna on the fender.

I guess we'll have to camp near cell towers.

Maybe there's a BT transmitter Jeep can add... as part of premium sound system?

Mine pairs with the phone every time. I have paired it to a Fire stick too, worked. I think if you turn the power on by holding the power button solid for a few seconds it will almost always power on.

Could pair speaker with my phone no problem, but not my laptop as it didn't see the speaker (strange). Did the reset and laptop paired.

I've never had an issue pairing until my wife upgraded to a Pixel 7. The phone will not discover the speaker. We have reset both and no change. As the phone will pair with Uconnect I'm not sure if the problem is the phone or the speaker.

my (2021) bluetooth speaker took a dump! only used it like twice. got the 15v 3a charger cord and still no life. the little pads on the back read 12v w my multi-meter. could it be the battery is trash? should i pull it apart and see if i can replace it ?

I'll have to try that to see if I can pair my Dewalt speaker with the Jeep.
