The Jeep windshield is like a bug magnet! I've started using Deep Woods Off, and it, well, doesn't help one bit! I think I need more DEET!

they use to sell 100% deet "OFF" spray. got a small dose of cancer with each bottle.

i'm getting my windows ceramic coated next week. going to be great when i can easily clean the windshield......FINGERS CROSSED.

I actually, all kidding aside, installed one of those gas station bug tubs and window washer on the wall next to where I park the JT. It bugged me at 1st.

Pun intended? lol. That is a good idea. I only had issues driving on county roads at night. When we drove up to the U.P. a few weeks back, holy lord.......you would think I single handedly solved the rural bug problem.

Also have the same Bushwacker. Mainly I wanted some protection for that part of the hood and maybe a little deflection for road debris. Like the look, can't really speak to effectiveness yet.

Think the bugs are bad wait 3 / 4 years when replace windshield just for wear - Sandblasted from sand and salt. So gradual until your wipers only last one season - Its a Jeep Thing

Well I’ve been driving with mine for a week.
Seems if any bugs hit, its on the very top or edge of the glass. So aero wise it is moving
the air current a little higher. Keeps the splats out of my direct field of view.
