I've had Jeeps for a long time, so I've been dealing with @Quadratec a long time. They've always resolved any problems, not always the way I hoped, but I still came out ahead.
The first point I will make is the shipping dept is not the customer service dept. That may seem obvious, but in the past, their shipping dept has sent replacement parts out to my address because CS asked them to, but shipping apparently did not have my account info so I never got tracking info from them, the parts just showed up.
The second is to confirm what others have said about manufacturers and prepackaged items. In my most recent "issue", they could not replace some defective mounting brackets for my running boards. The offered to replace the entire running board kit, or refund my purchase. Since the running board kit was out of stock at the moment (shipment was on the way from manufacturer, so I would have had to wait a week or 2 before I got it) I took the refund, and then fabbed new brackets myself. So, wasn't the outcome I had hoped for, but my running boards ended up costing me about $15 in materials and an extra hour of labor, so they certainly kept me as a customer.
