I've had Jeeps for a long time, so I've been dealing with @Quadratec a long time. They've always resolved any problems, not always the way I hoped, but I still came out ahead.

The first point I will make is the shipping dept is not the customer service dept. That may seem obvious, but in the past, their shipping dept has sent replacement parts out to my address because CS asked them to, but shipping apparently did not have my account info so I never got tracking info from them, the parts just showed up.

The second is to confirm what others have said about manufacturers and prepackaged items. In my most recent "issue", they could not replace some defective mounting brackets for my running boards. The offered to replace the entire running board kit, or refund my purchase. Since the running board kit was out of stock at the moment (shipment was on the way from manufacturer, so I would have had to wait a week or 2 before I got it) I took the refund, and then fabbed new brackets myself. So, wasn't the outcome I had hoped for, but my running boards ended up costing me about $15 in materials and an extra hour of labor, so they certainly kept me as a customer.

Yeah I stopped buying from Quadratec a long time ago. They are a horrible company to buy from. Customer service is a joke and if their website says something is in stock, it never fails. A week later after placing an order you'll get an email saying its out of stock and on back order. They only thing they are "sometimes" good for is to price match against when buying from literally anyone else.
Thanks for the headsup, I was gonna order from them but seeing this has changed my mind.

Quadratec over the years have been hit or miss. Some swear by them. Others swear at them. Some had their issues taken care rather quickly. Others never did get anything resolved.

Update, on Friday 4/3 I talked to the shop and they were willing to revert the parts that they had installed back to factory so I could at least have my ride back. Great group of guys, if you're ever in need of a mech in N Ga. They also threw on my 35"s in the process and put on the new Bilstein shocks. So the ride quality is better and the new setup is a little beefier than before. Still no word from @Quadratec about the missing front coils. But ... at least now I can just keep calm and jeep on... at least until I either GET the missing springs or go down the path of trying to send the incomplete package back.
