Since then, I rotated the tent 90 degrees to come out the back.
Did you just redrill the holes and move the mounting rails, and did you have to cut them?

The mounting rails were cut. The holes in the tent base are on the four corners of a large square, so drilling is not required.

I’ll remove the tent for the winter and get everything 100% adjusted then. The rack length needs to be shortened about 3” because I’m anally retentive.

Test fit the Acacia mattress in the ARB Flinders tent. I’m very pleased with the tent, mattress, and electric pump.

Fit couldn’t be better IMO, and the pump up/down is really fast. The mattress + tent padding combo is very comfy. Next test is overnight. 👍

I was not familiar either, but it’s awesome.

Also the nicest campground hosts of all time.

And super clean toilets! 😁

You routinely pick terrible places to camp. (I’m searching for an emoji that reveals I’m truly jealous of your amazing places…). 😉

That place is amazing. Many on here have gone places equally amazing. I’m jealous of those spots as well.

Doing a cross country thing. East, then back west. Not our normal dispersed camping. It’s actually quite nice to pull into a flat site and not need a ton of leveling for once. Just into Illinois tonight. Doing short 5 hour driving days to make it relaxing.

We were up there in May at Kring Point state park. There are apps that you can use to see a lot of info about the big boats that are passing by. We were surprised at how quiet they are for there size.

I found that app! Very interesting info! I stayed at Kring a few weekends ago. This picture was taken at Coles Creek. Great area, 6 hr drive for me.
