I feel like I have my camping loadout pretty dialed in. It is weather-tight on the road, I can still see out the back glass, the back seat area stays clear for the dog, and we never feel like we're roughing it. I have a version of this loadout for solo camping also, which ends up with the cooler, popup, a chair, two 30 gallon totes, and two 5 gallon totes.

Oh yes, I remember those tent days. Totes are the best thing when it comes to tent camping. Back in the day, I had a tote for everything and everything went in a tote. Most of it stayed in the tote and the totes went in the shed read for the next trip. Definitely makes tent camping easier.

How are those husky's holding up? Really waterproof, how's dust?

This is my third season camping with the Husky totes, and they're holding up well. I noticed that they changed the gasket material this year, but I have a couple of the new ones that are working out so far. I can't really speak to dust, but the waterproofing gets a big thumbs up from me. They have kept my stuff dry through a lot of rainy trips in the past couple of years, as long as I pour the water off the lid before opening it.

Love it! We are heading to Kodachrome for a week in September. Fell in love with Utah last time we were down in 2010.

Nice setup how do you like the Lonepeak camper I had a GFC but sold it and I’m thinking of going with this camper. For the price point it’s hard to beat

Nice packout! How did you mount your Traction Boards to that rack? I have a similar Amazon rack like that and considering mount HF Apache cases and T-boards to it. It would be nice to find some molle panels to enclose the sides and front.

I gave up and bought a set of Yakima mounts for the traction boards. A little expensive, but I was tired of trying to rig something up that would fit off brand traction boards to an off brand rack.

Let me know how they work for you. I’ll be wanting mounts soon. I ordered some bed rail molle things that I’m hoping will work with my fas-top soft topper if they do, I’ll be mounting my traction boards to one of them.

I keep my pool supplies in the Husky totes outside in the weather for the past 3 years. They have held up very well.

I've had them on the Jeep for a little over a year, and no complaints.

New Gladiator owner (2022 High Altitude on 35s) and looking for some advice/guidance on camper set up and selection. Looking for something we can quickly hook to on Friday afternoon and head out to surrounding states to hike, float rivers, and enjoy the outdoors. Our experience has been ground tent camping but looking for a change. While we would like to perhaps hit some low complexity trails we likely won’t be doing any extreme off roading. Would like to possibly take some longer trips to national parks and would like to add solar at some point to become self sufficient if we wish to camp on more isolated sites/trails. Gravitating to something similar to this but not sure if weight would be an issue or if this would be a match for our desired activities. Any opinions would be appreciated.
