Can someone diagnose this noise?

The problem is that some of the first to go is the range of frequencies related to the human female voice.
When I was first formally diagnosed, the audiologist showed me the charts and right away said "these are the typical ranges of the human female voice".

I told her - don't move - I'm going to get my wife and you tell her exactly what you told me.

All problems are opportunities.

Dog whistle frequencies. I wish I could lose the frequency of rattles and squeaks in cars. lol.

Which exhaust hangar was this for you? I've got the exact same sound and it seems to be coming from near the front of the engine. Thanks for the help!

I get the same nonsense from my wife also. The fact is if women did not ramble for 20 minutes for what most men would Cliff Note into a 5 second and two sentence statement, we would not glaze over and our wife's conversation would not start to sound like Charlie Brown's teacher talking in our heads.
