I picked up a take-off AEV spacer lift for my Mojave and it was missing the carrier bearing spacers. No big deal, got them ordered. (and in hindsight maybe should have just got the RockJock one that's solid and comes with hardware...)

I forgot I need longer hardware.

Does anyone know the hardware specs to see if I can grab something local? I have a call in to AEV, but I suspect shipping will be painful for 2 bolts.

Appreciate it!

I don't know the answer to your specific question, but I know that the Dana Spicer driveshaft kit shows the hardware to be used with their center bearing spacer is M10-1.5 x 45mm long:

I've got the Rock Jock. I liked the solid one piece design better. I can pull a bolt and measure it if no one else comes through.

Man that is really nice of you - let me see if I can get an answer from AEV or googling more.

I too like the RockJock better and in my haste, rushed to order the AEV spacers. I may just order the RockJock rush (install Wednesday).

That’s the answer. It doesn’t matter who makes the spacer. I have the Dana 1350 HD driveshaft and spacer. It’s a really nice part. Make sure to use blue loctite on the carrier bearing bolts.

The spacer isn't something that has to go in right away. Previous owner had installed the AEV 2" and I didn't even know the truck was lifted when I bought it, having zero Jeep experience.
I added the spacer and rancho brackets months later.

Ah good to know - can you do the spacer with truck on the ground? Just lower the bearing and install or does it need to be unloaded/off the ground?

Yes. Very easy to do.
I used a short bungee to hang the driveshaft.
And there's your bolt size.

Agreed. Here’s mine with the 1350 Dana Spicer shaft. The spacer kit is available separately though. I had it before the driveshaft replacement. Got it from 4 wheel parts.

On the ground is fine. Its super quick, i was able to do mine literally just holding the driveshaft up with 1 hand. I unbolted it, held it, put the spacer up with 1 bolt, then put the u collar on the driveshaft and bolted that loosely to the other side of the spacer, undid the first bolt put it through the collar and tightened it all up. Literally 2 minutes once i went for it?

Exactly. The hardest part was not getting loctite everywhere. Easy job.

Thanks! Of all the car forums and groups, this is honestly by far the best one. Real info - not too much ball busting.

I did grab some bolts thanks to @Lunentucker for the specs. I'll throw the AEV spacers on and order the Dana/Spicer or RockJock.

And now I see I am 1 nut short for the front bump stop spacer.... 10x1.5 flanged nut....
