This is the 3rd change but only 10k kms old
How much of that Kilometers is actual 4H/4L use?

Did you service with ATF+4 or something else?

I will admit where I live in the Mid-Atlantic USA, I probably average less than 300 miles of use in the mild winters we have here per season and less than that of any true off road trail use. My first two Gladiators I had maybe one season on them before changing the fluid at 5K to 10K miles the first time and the fluid was still pristine. Same with the front diff gear oil. Makes me consider taking those services on my third Gladiator out to 30K or more miles before I mess with them.

That oil is mopar ATF+4. I’d guess there’s 500 kms so far of transfer case use.

It’s the ATF MOPAR has “recommended” for the T case. Grab two, you’ll use 1.3 or so. Your manual is very specific on the fill level so I’d make sure the truck is level. The rest isn’t rocket science

ATF +4 was what Chrysler used in most of their self designed automatics Going back to the 1990's before they went to many of the current ZF based transmissions they are using now.

There is many oil companies and blenders making licensed ATF+4 fluid now and can be had for under $10 a quart.
