The Verdict is...

Water Pump, ?

local dealer ordered one and waiting on a Parts ETA. I can drive it unless it starts leaking coolant or overheating.
Mines been doing this exact same noise they said they replaced the water pump and belt tensioner pulley. Still making the noise and sounds like the same location. . Did you stop the chirps with water pump ??? 10 months of it And filed lemon laws and they fought me and won yet I still have the chirp daily comes and goes but shows back up every day in idle some times faint when I’m driving I can still hear it Friggin jeep manufacturer. Sucks. . They just never fix the dam thing I’m so tired of bringing it in and I don’t think they really replaced anything I think they just say they did and keep the new parts tell me what you found

Sorry haven't been on for awhile they replaced the water pump. Sounds went away. They said it was a bad seal in the pump housing.

It's intermittent and only at idle. Sounds almost like a whistle here's a clip.
I have exact same thing what is it a year now and jeep won’t fix it they can’t locate the noise but it’s just like mine

If you have a mechanic stethoscope, stick it on your pulley wheels. I had one that was making noise like that and got replaced.

Just for reference, here's what bad bearings in an alternator sound like:

Yours sounds more like pulleys, as mentioned by others. A mechanic's stethoscope is a GREAT tool for tracking these things down.
