No doubt it does after fifteen minutes idling!Interesting mine often will begin to idle roughly after sitting in park for like 15 minutes but I never put much thought to it. I just shut the truck off and restart it before moving on
Idling is hard on engines. They must run richer at idle to compensate for exhaust gas dilution of the mixture. It's bad to leave a gas engine idling for very long.
Don't blame the engine if it's a tad uneven after that extreme length of time idling.
That's really hard on it.
