Well that’s interesting. Did they happen to put a TSB number on your paperwork?
Mine is 18-042-22A. But it's a stick. I'm not positive your calibration and tsb number will be identical if you're auto, could be. Maybe not.

Mine is a manual also, so I can call the dealer and just ask about that TSB with that reference number?

I'm not sure to be honest. This is my first tsb on the gladiator.
Tsb allow them to fix certain issues without using a lot of time to diagnose it. You won't be notified of them like a recall. I've had luck with 3rd party mechanics and tsbs. They had trouble finding the issue and I tracked down a tsb that had it fixed days later.
Well they ran the tsb and confirmed it was for a pcm update, however my vin doesn't fall under it. I do have an auto.
I bet there's a similar tsb for the auto. I just don't have the number. Maybe someone else will soon.
I think it's brand new. When I went a month ago there was no tsb. Went back for state inspection, and there was one.
