that's strange. I don't know exactly what the circumstances are, but I just did a build a price on a sport S with the black wheels and it let me pick the cold weather package?
I know for some of my customers, they can't order heated seats because of the chip shortage (GM Silverado 4500/5500/6500HD / Navistar CV platforms), but is Jeep under this protocol?

If you build online it let's you do the black no problem. When the dealer builds it with the cold weather package it won't let them do the cold package though. At least as of a couple weeks ago or so.

Yes, I had similar experience when I ordered my JTRD. I could build it on line with everything I wanted but the dealer had to delete the black grill, headliner, and bed liner! I was bummed but ended up being the best thing that happened! I prefer the color match aftermarket head liner. It was nice to mount the Builtright rails without fighting the bed liner. I prefer the Line X and the shop did an outstanding job. And my grill decal would not have worked on a black grill. I am sure it cost more but the JFO approved all of the expenditures.

I had the same thing when I ordered my JTRD too. No headliner, no spray in bedliner. I'm getting my bed Line X too.

I initially wanted the cold weather package. Then I drove one with it and the steering wheel just gets way too hot on low. The heated seats were nice. I ended up finding a JT with everything I wanted except the CWP. I haven't done it yet, but I'm going to add seat heaters to my stock cloth seats. JMO.
