Complaining aside, what would be a dealbreaker?

So you keeping your taco or what are you going to buy instead of the JT?
Keeping the six speed toco, it’s a truck. It’s more than capable for what I do with it. I’ve always looked and dreamed at the idea of a Jeep truck. In my opinion, a six speed manual should be a perfect combo of the solid axle ram and the flexibility of a Tacoma. I would defenitly drop the Tacoma in a hart beat for a eco diesel manual.

I doubt there will be too many delays, as I’m sure, Jeep would love to nab potential Ford Bronco customers, which is slated for release, a few months later than the Jeep pickup.

Cross-shopping two vehicles that don’t even exist yet :like: lol.

It is speculated the Bronco may be released at Detroit auto show but production isn't supposed to start until 2020 and it is being released as a 2021 so Jeep will have plenty of time before the bronco is available to be purchased. Detroit is total speculation at this point, plus there are going to be removable panels on the bronco not a total removable top.

You might be right..but I recently read that the Bronco will be in dealer showrooms here mid-summer of 2019.

Top should be removable or it will be a sales flop, but what do I know, lol.

It could be there is a lot of conflicting dates and information out there on the Bronco. I will say your right that if Ford doesn't get it out this year they are hurting themselves. I did read it was something like 6 removable panels to make an open air roof design but that they are not making a removable top.

NO diesel no buyo
Ya sitting here behind a keyboard, I say I wouldn't buy one without the diesel.
But even if they do build it, there is a price point I would not cross.
(What that is I guess I won't know until I see one fer realz)

Crew cab with a 60 inch bed is my deal breaker - what use is a bed that short? And I don't want to here about a bed extended with the tailgate down either....

Yes, and us grandpas have the $$$ to spend - if you know what I mean.....
Ya but all 6 of you old fogies aren't really a big enough market segment. :P

Especially when the other 4 all buy 90s S10s or 80s Nissan Hardbodies :P
