I did this (not as far) but on the last leg up the Tecate Pass the axle position sensors went out. Took jeep FOREVER to fix it. But not as long as my shocks LOL

In addition to the Airbags, before we left I also purchased and installed the bulletpoint dash mount with optional tablet mount as well as a center console organizing tray. I also built a dog platform for 60% of the back seat Out of some materials I had laying around.

A place for everything and everything has it‘s place. I got a little OCD hoping to stay organized on the trip.

I can't stand it when stuff isn't packed right and it never fails there is always something buried but i can always fit 15% more than expected because of the packing habits of some of my family members. Don't pack things you need in bag expected not to be opened until we get there! (like that ever happens) put teh things you need in last and in places you can get to without dismantling teh entire trip for a hair brush or pillow.

I pulled my 21.5' center console on an aluminum trailer from Baytown (by Houston), down to the middle of the Florida Keys and back, and averaged about 14.5mpg in my stock gasser with not a single issue. If you consider the price comparison of gas vs diesel, I love my gasser better. I will admit, your trip was longer, but my trip was more fun. (You drove by about 4 miles from my house, just as you drove over the San Jacinto River on the east side of Houston on I10)

That trip in 2 days in itself is impressive.
Do you know what your total weight was for boat, trailer and gear? I'm moving some stuff this summer and towing with my Gladiator Mojave. A 16' tandem trailer from Uhaul appears to be a good trailer for this.

Nice puppy platform. Are those the original seat covers on there? Those look pretty sharp.

Around 3k on the boat, and another 500lbs on the motor, 1000lbs on the aluminum trailer, with 2 kayaks on it and fully loaded, I would guesstimate 5200lbs being towed, Me, my Wife, and a 75lb poodle, with the bed totally loaded with all our crap for grabbing lobsters, fishing, and living for a month down in the keys. I would guess pretty close to max weight for the truck, and close to the max for towing. The Nighthawk is rated for 6k towing, and it is totally stock, with original tires. The Nighthawk did not care, it pulled the load with no problem, The boat does not have the wind resistance that U-haul trailer you will be towing. I use the Nighthawk as a truck, and a toad behind my old motorhome when I travel in it. Your 25 Mojave will have the same towing capacity as my Nighthawk if it is stock. Be sure your hitch has enough capacity for the load.
PS pay close attention to how much tongue weight you put on the front of the trailer, it is a lightweight truck. Use a receiver hitch and ball that will pull the trailer level, these two things have a huge effect on how your Mojave will pull the load.

Thank you for the information!
The tow load ratings I find are inconsistent, so it's difficult to pin down. The Sport is the only model with the tow package but mine does have the sway control and factory receiver hitch. I'll check the rating on that, but most are all class 3, so at least 6K without the weight distributing hitch. I believe that I have an adjustable hitch and ball in the old motorhome, I'll need to check. I was considering towing the Jeep behind that coach also, but it puts a cramp on traveling due to the campsites being too short for both. So unhooking at night is not something I wish to do.

I did tow a 18' Boston Whaler, purchased in Canada while camping, with my YJ from Canada to NYS through customs without a glitch. In fact it handled better with the boat. Take care and thanks again.

My 2024 Gladiator Nighthawk (The Nighthawk came late in the year, with a lot of the 2025 capabilities), and is rated to tow 6k, in 2024, and I had them put a class4 hitch, it is the only gladiator other than a gladiator with the max tow package which is rated for 7,700lbs in 2024 , your 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave has a maximum towing capacity of 7,000 pounds when properly equipped with the 3.6L V6 engine and automatic transmission.

Thanks again! I'll attempt to stick close to 6K as I'll be loading the bed also.
