I'm looking to upgrade my front lower control arms. I have the Clayton 2.5" ride right kit and I had planned to get the Clayton control arms, but lately I've been looking at some other brands. I'm debating between Clayton and Rockjock.

Does anyone have any experience with Rockjock? Any suggestions for another brand that may be a better option?

If you are going with the Johnny Joint version of both it's the same end. Then you're just talking tube shape. Rock Jock is tube, Clayton is squared.

Core 4x4 are also nice. I’m running metalcloaks and have been really happy with them so far.

I have the core as well and they are RUGGED. Only issue people have is greasing the joints. I own a tractor so am no stranger to a grease gun so just hit one when I hit the other on occasion.

You can't go wrong with either of those options.

I've had Currie in the past. Very solid product. No maintenance or service needed on their Johnny Joints. In the rare case you do need to service one, it can be rebuilt.

I have Clayton now on the JT. Their arms with Giiro Joints, not their arms with JJs.

Bootsnu mentioned the Core 4X4 and those are the ones I plan to put on my JT. I have a buddy been running Core 4x4 all the way around for a couple years now and they are tough.

The core arms remind me of the rokmen arms I ran on my Tj. They were really beefy as well. I have always heard good things about metalcloaks arms so figured I would give them a shot this go around.

I can't get used to having a vehicle that doesn't require a grease gun. I'm used to greasing 4 ball joints, 4 tie rod ends, a pitman arm and idler arm, u-joints, etc. - and that's just one vehicle.
When I greased my tractors and combine, I bought cartridges by the case lot.
I still have 3 old fashioned grease guns and a Milwaukee power grease gun.
To me being able to grease something like that is a plus - as long as you actually do it.
