This may be a very specific set of upgrades/components, but hoping someone has thoughts or maybe has encountered similar issues with beefier components. I have the T4 kit from Core 4x4 (Track Bar, Drag Link, Tie Rod) and the Fox TS Stabilizer. Because the Core 4x4 Tie Rod does not maintain a factory like mounting option for the stabilizer (i.e. near the knuckle on the tie rod), and I didn't like the idea of the U-bolts (they would land on the curved section of the tie rod and wouldn't be a clean fit), I decided to get a relocation bracket. This let me use a nice clamping bracket on the center of the tie rod for a clean, secure fit.

Unfortunately, this puts the stabilizer between a rock and a hard place. I originally had it oriented where the top of the clamp is basically at the 12 o'clock mark. Essentially I assumed that keeping things parallel was ideal. Turns out...when the wheels are fully turned (I forget which direction), the stabilizer rubs the drag link. So I rotated the clamp toward the rear, so that the stabilizer is now slightly angled away from the drag link...except then it hits the track bar at full turn. I did my best to find an angle where it clears both when turning in both directions, but I think it's still slightly pressing against the track bar.

Second post will have a video before I made any adjustments, so it's not as extreme anymore, but still not perfect/great. Hopefully the problem statement makes sense.

This is really challenging view/perspective wise.

Can you snap a picture straight on?

Really would like to see this before posting my thoughts….

Since you used a relocation bracket. You have to mount the one end on the tie rod. Not the drag link like you did. That's your problem.

I have same problem after SS relocation, but I only have aftermarket track bar (rock krawler). RK doesn’t follow the curve of diff that closely so my plan is to try a different track bar, probably metalcloak, to see if I can get enough space between the drag link and track bar.

It is. The clamp is near the center of the tie rod. Pics might not be super clear, apologies for that.

Sorry.........you're right. Christmas Eve dinner and too many egg nogs. Blurred vision. Had to take a good second look at it.
