I recently installed the Curt Echo Wireless under dash controller in my 2021 Gladiator with Factory Tow Package. After locating the harness/wiring taped up under the dash, I used an adapter and connected my Curt Echo to the Jeep. I mounted and then connected to the Bluetooth through the app. All is good, controller shows solid blue (which means connected to app, no trailer connected). As I connect the trailer, the light never turns green as it should. The app does not recognize that the trailer is connected when driving. The light on the echo remains solid blue. The 7 pin connector is working fine because I have lights, brakes and turn signals to the trailer. Is there another connection point or something I am missing? I've reset the connection to the Echo as well with no luck.

First trip this weekend so I need to get this thing working before then. Anyone else use this and encounter a similar issue?

Return it and get a regular echo next day via Prime?

My guess is something in the adapters ins't jiving with everything, or just a bad unit out of the box. Worst case a truck issue, but that's probably not the case.

Ended up finding out the issue. My breakaway cable was disconnected from the module, causing the truck to think the trailer wasn't plugged in.
