Does Premier set the new gear ratio in the PCM?Premier just called and gave me a price for the regear. its 2k out the door for Revolution 4:88 gears. They said Dana Spicer is slightly more. So, I need to decide on that soon. I also told them I am looking to do 37s so if they can do a lift, they said yes just send them a link to what I want, and they can give me a price.
Since regear, wheels, tires are going to be a chunk of money ... now I need to decide to I dare try a spacer lift for now to just get the 37s on... or will I have too many problems trying to get it aligned correctly without any of the adjustable parts that come with a real suspension lift. What say you guys? It's a Sport S so it does not have the high clearance fenders my Mojave does, so I really doubt I can stuff 37s under its stock.
Yeah they seem really cool and responsive. 300 Dollars down to book and he said it takes about 4 or 5 hours and the truck will be ready to pick up.Do the gears and suspension the best for now. Then do the fenders. Then do wheels and 37s. You don't want to be down the road and wish you had done the Dana Spicer gears. Mine is now on its 3rd set of shocks and springs. I did the install myself so it was fun. Premier Gear usually has a waiting list. I waited a month. Have fun and enjoy the changes.
