Tempting on the price for sure, but I cannot get past the weird branding and squared off tread design.
Oh come on, Venom is very similar to Viper ?

The four patches of rubber are all that keep my $62k rig on the road. So I wouldn't skimp out on tires, but thanks.
I thought this ideas are only applies to motorcycles lol

How much work is it to shave off the “Venom Power” branding? I get the price is great, but it seems like the equivalent of open carrying a hi point.
Just shave off the letters ER ?

Around me, this is the kind of obscure branding tires I see on the Bro Dozer crowd after they blew their wad on lift and wheels and had no money left for name brand tires.

I ordered a set...
I am with you 100% on ordering a set of these. The FB resale value alone is worth the price of admission! I have a set of fairly new set of tires now but ...

I grabbed a set of Kenda's 315/70R17's when that deal ran and I've wondered about the narrower 35's or 35-metric'ish tires. So, I'm interested in trying these for an extra set. However, my last Kenda set took a lot of weights for them to balance (or that's what I was told) and I had them rebalanced once within 7.5K miles and maybe this is just what someone needs to do with larger tires. Anyways, I went to YouTube to check on Venom user experience videos and this guy is for sure not happy with his Venom experience. I understand that any product can have some issues, but I did want to share with you all if I'd help and welcome any contrasting views.

Truly, I'd like a set of 35's that are narrower than 12.5', but I'd hope to get a bit more information before I pull the trigger.

It's perfect because I've been on the fence about getting skinny 35s for a while. Not sure how I'll like the gearing with the manual/3.73s, so I may want to go back to my 33s.

Worse case scenario we come out ahead financially, best case I like them and made a crazy cheap transition into 35s.

In for 5. Now to find some take off wheels. As mentioned above it's a cheap way to get a feel for 35s.

Ha ha.... I get it... but the fact is, Hi-Point is just as reliable as most major brands.... cheap as hell , basically carring a brick- yes... but reliable... but that's to be expected from a direct blowback pistol. So if the tires prove to be just as reliable, its a great deal.

So tempting. Wondering if I could ruin those with my 3.73 being that they are narrower that 12.5s.

This is the second set I buy in two days. Yesterday I bought a set of 4 Patagonia Ats 265/70r17 for $67 each. Like a previous commenter said, I'm selling them on Marketplace. As far as the 315s I'll see if I'm going to mount them on my JTW. Otherwise they go on Marketplace.
