One day later and Death Wobble is back. It's not doing it the whole time like it did before. When I'm driving it happens around 50MPH I'll hit a small bump in the road, and it will start the Death Wobble then but then goes away after about 10 seconds or so.

Good points MCMXLI, I should have explained what this issue feels like and what the guy at the shop explained was a continuing problem after he fixed the Death Wobble.
I've had no previous experience with "tire hop" this was my first time hearing the term.
For me "tire hop" happens at speed and is a constant up/down vibration. This may not be a case of "tire hop" it was how it was explained to me.
Worked on tractor/trailers for many years for a major truck leasing company, when steer tires cupped or had rivered wear we were advised by Michelin tire to try a "Radial Runout" measurement, Jack the axle/ tire off the ground and place a dial indicator with a roller end against the tire tread center and slowly rotate it to find the hi or low spot, rezero the indicator and spin it again, if the runout is more than 60,000ths of an inch out demount the tire and rotate it so the hi spot on the tire corresponds with low spot on the rim after doing the same test to the rim. It would work most times if it couldn't be brought within spec we would replace the tires with new and warranty those removed. Very important with large heavy tires run on the road at speed.

I had the same issue and finely eliminated 95% of the shimmy / wobble after hitting bumps at higher speed.
It was simple put I resisted for a long time.
My local 4x4 shop told me about a year ago that they set toe at 0 to 1/8 out.
Then I read the Metal cloak also recommends toe out on the Wanglers and Gladiators so I decided to give it a try.
95% is now gone.
All you need is a Toe Alignment Tool.

I put the spare back on the front driver's side. And that seems to have gotten me back to a slight vibration, but the Death Wobble went away again.

Was the spare balanced at DT? Did a heavy duty stabilizer come with the kit? The stocker is not strong enough for 37s.

I know the stock steering stabilizer will wear out fast with 37s, but I have the stock stabilizer and some of the heaviest 37s you can get at 94 pounds each, and I have no issues. I've driven about 2500 miles on this setup so far, including 1200 miles on a trip to the mountains.

The definition of YMMV. I didn't even have 2500 miles on my rig and the stock stabilizer was soft...

These issues is why I went with the full kit. Tried and true...didn't want to piece my lift together and Clayton has great customer service. All I needed after was a good alignment shop.

Discount tire did balance all 5 tires.
So here is where I'm at, all 5 tires are balanced from Discount tire.
What was originally the spare when I first started is on the left front driver side.
Because the original spare doesn't come from the factory with a TPMS sensor discount tire moved the original spare back in the spare tire spot and moved the front left driver back to the front left driver spot. This brought back Death Wobble. I moved the original spare back to the front left driver and this corrected the Death Wobble. So it looks like the tire or wheel in the spare tire holder is bad. I'm thinking to have Discount tire inspect and replace the tire/wheel that causes Death wobble and see what happens.
I had to rewrite this like 5 times because it's so confusing.

An update for anyone visiting this thread.
I'm trying to get the factory geometry as close to factory as possible so,
I installed the Rancho RockGEAR RS62118B Suspension Control Arm Bracket . This video gives a great explanation on the benefits of getting your control geometry back to stock.

I can tell a big difference in ride quality after installing the control arm bracket. I don't feel every bump being transferred to the frame with the bracket installed, the front suspension does its job to soak up those bumps.
I still need to get a TPMS sensor for the spare, but that will be done soon.

Sounds like a shimmy other than true "death wobble" DW doesn't just go away - you have to slow down, maybe even stop.
It doesn't go away and is so bad, you feel like you have totally lost control, the steering wheel shaking so hard it's hard to hang onto it.
