Really like the Deegan 38 rock sliders, I know they say for JLU but do we know if they will fit the Gladiator.

Unfortunately JL sliders wouldn't be long enough for the JT.

Nope, JL and JT are different. Front bumpers and front fender flares are all that's compatible in terms of exterior body armor. Sliders, rear flares, rear bumper all different.
