Any one runnning the Seat jackers/slammers in North NJ I could try before I order. Really not sure which to purchase. I’m 6’3” but my inseam length is 32”. According to their website I should purchase the shortys but at the same time I think the slammers would be better. Not to excited to cut into my seat and then it’s not reversible. Thanks in advance.

I'm not in your area, but my first experience with the seat slammer was a hard no. I was 6'2" before hitting my late 30s-40s, long leg guy to many miles running around in infantry ect. About the same on pants legs 32-34". That is a SportS and new, low mileage on it (then) my head hitting the soundbar. Now, 5 years later a over 100k I reinstalled it. More fiddling with seating and broken in seat it is better. Last few drives even with knee high air boot on left foot was as comfortable as it could be. 😬 By not having leg forced to set flat with pressure on foot. I decided to put back after driving over 4 hour trip, I like being able stretch out my legs especially on long drives.
I'm definitely paying for all the road marching and run now.

thank you. I’ll probably give them a shot. Just still not sure about a permanent modification that can’t be easily undone.

I was thinking about using the Slammers. I got a ho!d of Bennie through the forum and he gave me a member's price of around $130 or so for a new seat frame. Just in case it turned out to be a mistake.😲

Thanks for the info. Decided to try the shorty jackers first since I can return them free if I don’t care for them. If that’s the case then I’ll make the jump and do the slammers.

I got the shorties and it was like getting a new truck! I was so uncomfortable in this thing when I first got it I was seriously thinking about getting rid of it. Moving out of a diesel Ram didn’t help, either. I read about the seat jackers on here and decided to give them a try. When they came in I installed them immediately. I made the block for a test drive. Then I made the block again. Then I went in and put on a shirt and shoes and went on a 2 hour test drive. It was like getting a whole new truck! If I had to do it again I would go straight to the tall jackers. I’m 6’4” with a 34” inseam so I was right on the borderline, another half inch would be perfect. I found a foam koozy to stick on the transfer case shifter to pad my knee off that hard little bastard. Mojave seat cushions with the side bolsters would probably help, too.

I’m 6’3” and got the seat slammers. I was also nervous about cutting into the frame of my new jeep but did it anyways. It made a big difference for me. Very happy I did it. Got more head room and the slight tilt back in the seat made it a lot more comfortable.
