Retrofitting ACC on a Rubicon sounds like a cool project! Have you checked with local dealerships?

Interestingly, retrofitting ACC is not a dealer supported modifications. I don't want to have them flag me for doing non approved dealer modifications.

I have a 22 JTRD with ACC with a 6.5inch lift and 42s and it works perfect with no issues. Let me know if you need anything and I can try to help.
