Hello,
I have a 2021 diesel Gladiator Spot S with the following issue. At low Speeds and while turning the ABS starts pumping the brakes and the ABS, Traction control, Ser4WD, light come on. I take it to the dear in Fort Lauderdale and they tell me its a front tire sensor that bad. they replace it and over the weekend same issue. I take it back again and they say some brake line were loose they tight everything up and said "it's all good". I drive of the lot and on the first turn all the lights and ABS begins pumping the brakes for me. So once again I make a U-Turn and drove back into the dealer and this time I drove with the mechanic and the truck did then same thing. They didn't know what to do and told me keep drive the truck till something breaks so they can fix it... This was not the answer I was looking for. The jeep is still at the dealer and they have change the ABS module and its still giving them same issue... Its been 2 weeks and they trying to work with Chrysler to figure out what's wrong...
Has anyone had a similar issue???

That’s scary and sounds dangerous. That IS broken.

What if the brakes completely fail?

Get it in writing that they want you to keep driving it. That way they are liable when someone dies. I GUARANTEE they won’t. When they won’t, tell them to fix it and escalate it to the regional Jeep/stellantis rep. @JeepCares

Just reread, the dealer has your Jeep still, that’s good from a safety perspective.

I haven’t had this issue. They’ll have to start tracing wire. Probably replace some BFM/ecm/control module. Probably faster than tracing every single wire.

Hello,
As of now no update from the dealer. they said they had to open a ticket with Chrysler to figure out the system because they don't know what's wrong with the system. We are going on 3 weeks now...

If you disable the traction control using the button on the dash does the problem go away? If so that might help narrow down the problem.

I'm not saying this is your issue but to give you some context after putting in my lift the steering wheel was not aligned and when making a turn it triggered the traction control giving that same feel. It makes me wonder if your issue is with the steering wheel position sensor? Just a thought. I disabled the traction control for my test drive after lift install and it stopped then went home and adjusted my steering wheel back to center.

Hello,
the truck has been at the dealer now for 7 weeks now! They order and are going to change the main body wire harness. They are hoping that corrects the issue. We shall see.

Ohhh, I just left mine at the dealer yesterday because I Saw a leak of oil in the rear axle plus Christmas tree in the cluster. Traction control, ABS,AWD lights.
They are going to check it tomorrow, but they also told me they have problems to get parts to fix cars.

The shop manager just identified and repaired the issue. I will express it to you for your knowledge. Drivers side wheel sensor wire harness running along the driver's side engine compartment had an intermittent interference with the steering column joint. When the truck was in a turn or wheel was articulated in the correct manner it was rubbing the steering column. Over the last 6 months it worn the insulation down till it started shorting the wheel sensor causing the ABS to have a hissy fit. Seems resolved at this time. The clearances of modern vehicles are so tight a wire harness a little loose can cause a world of issues. And it made sense at first it happened once then 10 days later again. Then progressively more and more often. To the point a 5-minute drive would trip it 3 or 4 times. Shop manager traced the wires found the abrasion and reinsulated it and moved the wire harness so it could not interfere again.
