Diesel Shut Down Buzzing Noise

Although I still believe it could be possible that there is a pump that keeps coolant flowing for the turbo. I need to look into this further....

William pulled up the wiring and plumbing diagrams for the gen 3 EcoDiesel. There's not even optional wiring for a coolant pump. One of the forum members mentioned that his 2.0L Alfa Romero had a coolant pump. We can see that on the wiring diagram.
