I already ordered the “tennis ball” thing from Amazon so should be good to go.

The front camera is a great idea!

As long as it’s 218 inches from tips of both bumper, I should be good!

Handy tips that have come close to bringing me undone in the past....do you have a tow hitch? (that adds a good couple of inches)
Protruding recovery points or even a winch fairlead (another inch or so) Also check the roller door type...mine is segmented and every 3rd? has a larger support rib which protrudes about an inch further into the garage than the floor measurement (found that beasty with the rear door hatch opening on the missus car) But yep, tennis ball or pool noodle markers are a winner. With a shelf on my back wall, no dual cab utes fit in my shed...bugger

So I measured my garage and it’s 224 inches from wall to garage.

I have the typical two car garage with a roll up garage door.

The Gladiator is listed as 218 inches long.

What are the odds that it will fit in my garage? Yes I have a 6 inch buffer but would that be cutting it close?

I hope the dimension is accurate from the front bumper to react bumper.

Thoughts?

Thats my plan of action

i used a fender washer and screwed one of those pool noodles to a 2x4 sticking 1.5" out from the wall. That way when i would hit it, i would have about 4" of time before I hit the wall. I preferred this over the tennis ball, as the ball is in the way when you need to use your garage.

Here's what i did last Saturday....went to my local dealer (in town), asked to drive a JT to see if it would fit in my garage. 10 minutes later we pulled into the garage and 10 minutes later we were back at the dealership. No muss, no fuss. And in return I told the salesman that I would give him a shot at beating my best offer before I pulled the trigger on ordering.

Should have done the same thing with my F-150 four door...it sat in the driveway for four years. Live and learn.
