This poll was created because one of our members is very up front on his hatred of the Mojave, and I wondered how many others were in the same boat

It the BEST 3WD Jeep out there!

I do regret it but it is my fault for not doing enough research.

First of all I absolutely love my Mojave. The interior styling is great (I can't stand the red Rubicon dash and I don't care about a front locker), the seats are so damn comfortable, and I think the hood makes it the best looking of the JT lineup. In transparency I got literally every option on mine except the dual top group. I wanted it that way and I paid a lot for that. Put new wheels and 35's on it without a lift but I wanted more clearance.

I had no idea about the front shock bolts being bigger thus making the options for upgrading/ lifting properly slim to none. Currently I have the AEV kit on and I hate that I'm preloading my springs. The ride is good (this is my 4th jeep-jeep - '83 CJ-8, 2011 JKR 2014 JKS and it is by FAR the best) but not as good as stock.

With all of my others I did a proper lift and got rides much better than stock. I know it can be done but the only shock options that I've found (Kings) out there are incredibly more expensive than a decent set of Fox or Bilstein's. I know people have drilled out the shock mount bushing sleeves to make them work but I'm not going to compromise and I'm hoping they eventually make some longer shocks for the Mojave so I can get it up to 3.5"-4.5". That's what she said.

I'm bitching just to bitch...I love the damn thing.

Also, right thread to say FTW diesel rubicon for life. J-TURD team where you at?
Waiting on you, homie!

I'll put my Falcon 3.3s up against those Fox 2.5s for ride quality. And speaking of ride quality... Hit a fire road with the sway bar disco'd and it feels like you're driving on a cloud.

There may just not be enough of them out there yet. I'm sure with time, the aftermarket will come to the table with proper lift kits.

That member in question very up front about their hatred of all things and people as well. I take their opinions with a mine's worth of salt.
