So I am looking at doing the 4' Terrain Flex with 4 Arm kit with Falcon 2.1 shocks.

1. Thought?

So goes the important question. I will be thriving around city and highway. My 5'2 wife will be driving as well. I am debating on tire size and does it really matter.

Option 1: 17" and 35"
Option 2: 22 " and 37"

What are yalls thoughts.

I am looking for not so noisey, easy drive, and good handling.

She better be good at,and like climbing the jeep! My 2” Mopar kit And 285/75/18 Falkens raised mine close to 5 inches total and its a stretch to get in without the step down boards and I’m 6’2 and the wife is 5’8. You are talking about 3-4 more inches than mine with 37’s and a 4+ inch lift....

Were you drunk when you posted all that?

A 4' lift...assuming you meant 4". That's a lot for 35s, overkill really. It will be a lot on 37s too. Assuming the base sport in your avatar is your truck you may not like either tire on stock gears so factor that cost in.

35s or 37s on 17s for sure though, 22s on a jeep is stupid and I will judge you hard for your decision

It drives great with the Mopar lift (fox shocks included) and the Falkens. Rides as smooth as before the lift and the Falkens are good riding tires.

No. Just woke up and thought I would point it out.

Appreciate your insight though

Why the choice of a 17 on one size tire but a 22 on the other? kind of a big jump from each other.

Its more just trying to make decisions. What suggestions would you have. More trying to figure out if its a difference in drive.

Bigger wheel, less tire wall = shitty ride !

35 vs 37 is more of a personal preference. Both sizes will get you where you want to go. 37s are arguably better looking, but they cost a lot more (re-gear, bigger lift, replace many parts, fuel, etc etc)

I have the Mopar lift on my JTR with 37/13.50-20 and it rides great! Seems to like doing 80 mph on the highway with 4.10 gears.

Realistically, how often is the wife going to be actually driving it?

I had this discussion with my 5'4" wife who was wanting drop down steps and trying to make my Rubicon Gladiator more of a Mall Crawler to accommodate the once in a blue moon time she might actually drive it. Kind of put my foot down on that since the JT was "My" primary vehicle and just bought her a small step stool if she ever had the need to get in and drive it.

The RSE have an optional protective slider to maintain trail-worthy status.

I have 37s on 4” of lift and my 5’2” wife gets in and out just fine. For the past year I didn’t have any step at all but just added ACE rock rails and she does like being able to climb them. Oh and I agree 22” rims are terrible. Stick with 17s no matter the tire size.
