Dunes Safety Flag/Whip mount points?

I still haven't seen anyone in this thread with a whip flag solution for Sport S Gladiator - I see using the bed rails or front steel bumper or something else as part of a larger custom project.
Anyone have other resources or stores that may have something that would work? Where do people normally buy the whips and flags themselves?

I’m interested in a solution for this as well. Hope to do a trip to Silver Lake Dunes this year and it’s a requirement.

I would look at Amazon for low cost options for a flag/whip. I think I ordered mine there, otherwise probably most of the online offroad stores should have what you need. Do you have the trail rails in your Sport S? if not, an off the shelf option might be the trailer hitch mount option.

I believe he is looking for a front bumper mount. I know that’s what I will need.

I would guess the easiest solution if it has to be toward the front of the vehicle would be a front a pillar light mount solution. There are tons of options for that, however I'm not sure that would be the best place to mount it. I was thinking there might be a clamp type solution that could attach to either of the front tow hooks on top of the stock bumper, but all the "tube" mounts" I've seen so far are made to clamp onto round tube applications

My buddy builds brush trucks for fire services as well as monster trucks. He fabbed this up for me the day before we left for Silver Lake Sand Dunes. It’s beefy and well built for sure!

I ended up making my own with parts I found at the big orange store. Works quite well.

Genius. You mind me asking what plate you used inside the rail for the bolt to hold to?

I stole this idea and it works great! But, I had to run with my tonneau cover open. Today I fabbed up a little alteration to fix that. Thinner, longer steel bent to run across the bed side. We like to run our local dunes when it snows. No more snow in the bed.

I run this with (2) strut nuts into bed rail system. I build it on my burn table and worked perfect at Dumont a few weeks ago

so I solved my issue with mounting tonight, I got the https://www.handyflag.com/shop and it mounted super easy on a steel bumper. also great quality, and a quick release
