Well if it were a toned down version say matching the matte plastic on the rest of the JT, it might be okay. Perhaps is could be used upside down on the bottom as a fresh rain water collector for the dog to drink from.

Over the years I have commented to the SO about other folks' idea of style. Hopefully, she has been paying attention. If you like it, good on ya. If not, do not prolong the agony. Way too many decisions made based on feelings instead of logic.

If you put it on upside down and let it fill up the dealer certainly couldn't say they were unable to recreate the problem.

Possibly quick exit strategy:

Depending on the specifics of the aerodynamics of the JT cab/bed, you may find that if you have the rear window open, that will dump anything from the bed right into the back seat. Park under a shedding tree for a few hours, then get on the highway with just the rear window open (maximum negative pressure), then act super surprised when the back seat is dressed like a forest floor for Halloween.

Rip the band aid off and tell her it looks like trash. Placating with lies will only result in more garbage additions for your Jeep. Just think you could wake up Christmas morning to an angry grill and eventually your Jeep will hate you.

It looks absurd but you bet it would be on mine if my wife did the same. That said, after the very first rain I’d say my love, it’s incredible, the mere act of me applying pressure while installing the blade you got me fixed the leak.

Wait another few days.

oh, stangest thing, I got a warning today by a plain clothes officer walking by my truck while I was getting out. He said I’m lucky I hadn’t been pulled over yet for my blade because it obscures vision.

Play the long game on this man for sure but start now man, it’s critical you get that off as soon as possible.
Lying is a sin.

Can you run those with the plastic truck testicles or are they incompatible?

She could have got you a set of these cause they look cute.

Here in California it would be required.

The best will be when someone sees him on the road and takes a pic (fully unaware of this post) and proceeds to post the shot in that WTF?!?! thread with “what is going on with this a-hole sticking helicopter blade on the rear window…”

We’ll know though. The owner is getting laid, that’s what’s going on.
