Dv8 led upgrade

Hey guys so I nstalled my Dv8 led headlights
They ar supposed to be plug and play
Everything hooked up ok
But for some reason my right light isn’t turning on
It flashes 4 times but doesn’t turn on

Here’s a video

Not sure what is going on outside of possible poor DV8 QC. Have avoided their stuff since the bumper they sent me doesn't even fit their in the spot it was made for without cutting some metal off.

Did you ever get this resolved? I just bought some, but now am wary if I should install them.

i would be very wary
if you can send them back
if i could do it again id buy mopar
cost is about the same

Yes word of advice don’t buy dv8 led headlights. The look great like factory mopar but there be issues. Mine was the passenger side headlight cuts on and off at below freezing temps and the high beams cut on and off. I am retuning mine dv8 does have a 3 year manufacturing warranty but who wants to deal with that. I just want headlights that function properly.
