EcoDiesel stop sale changes?

Has anyone heard anything about a change to the stop/sale requirements. I just got a call from my dealer that my brand new JTRD that's been sitting on the lot since 13 APR waiting for a fix, can now be purchased (ordered all the way back in January).

I arranged to get it this Saturday, so I will update if it works out. Google shows no information that I can find to support this.

Hope it works out buddy! I would ask if they did the recall or what? I know a lot of rumors were flying around about an August time frame for a fix… it is now August.

Jeep is having issues all across the board from warranty issues, parts and paltry dealers.
If you are able to get it you will love it.
But if you have issues with it like several of us in here then it will be a waiting game

I don't believe the stop sale applies to used vehicles, so that checks out. I still am unable to complete the purchase of mine until the stop sale is lifted

Any vehicle with an active safety recall can be sold used as they’re typically sold as-is with no implied warranty.
