EcoDiesel turbo overheating

Look farther upstream......like under and forward of the passengers feet. I have also seen harnesses pulled tight up against the heat shielding along the frame/body.

Sadly, still haven’t found anything directly on it.

Follow that smaller diameter EGR pipe forward to where it sits above the front of the DPF and has a flange where it bolts to another pipe -- right atop that bolted flange is where the wire harness is known to rest and get overheated, causing faults.

Yikes, gotta be a contortionist to try to find that. I believe it would physically impossible for Jeep to jam any more stuff in that area. . I can see a wire harness running by it but don’t see anything actually contacting it.

This is why I handed the dealer a DEI heat shielding sleeve to install at the time they replaced the DPF. They convenient forgot to install it anyway.
