Engine and/or electric system sputters for like 8 seconds (only has happened twice) when starting engine.

This has happened at like 2400 miles or so and then when I started it at 5800 miles this morning. Basically the engine stutters super slowly and the lights dim in and out and like has trouble getting to the idle rpm, and during this time when revving the gas a bit it doesn't do anything like rev the rpm or anything, tried to record it but by the time i had the camera up and thought of pulling it out the truck was on. 2023 Rubicon 3.6L, not sure what the reason could be.

Edit: And the temperature was like 48 F, odd that it would have any issue.
