I will say the people I've spoken to at ET have been kind and helpful. They seem to try to help me, but something is getting screwed up in their system because ET doesn't actually handle the returns. I don't have a problem with their actual customer service. It's been easy to get through to them and they listen to my bitching. The people answering phones have been great. But once it gets past them is where it's going haywire.wow. i use ET alot (some for work) and have had to use their customer service twice (falcon products) and both times it was excellent and both times they made me whole. Both times it was a work vehicle, not my personal vehicle.
I hope they get this resolved for you, they have been stellar for me.
I see someone posted switch to northridge and ive had great customer service with them too.

4WP was bumpy, but they made me whole. Problem was my fault too and they still handled it.
Ive had good to great customer service experiences with these companies. Ive stopped using quadratec bc of their BS customer service.
I know this doesnt help your scenario, sharing for others to see only. Sucks this is being a headache.
