I plan on using the 4xe panel for air as well. I've asked @AllMoparParts.com on the JL site, but apparently, the part numbers aren't out yet.

I'd probably be sitting next to the tire with my inflator which has a gauge on it. I think a quick coupler and a switch is all I'd need to put under that cover plate. With that said, if rugged ridge would sell just the cowl for the snorkel, it looks like most of the work would already be done.
Don't see why this setup wouldn't work just as good on the passenger side.

@D&C Designs has a cowl similar to the one depicted here (no cover), but is for a light, they did tell me via email that they would provide without light so that I could modify for air switch and coupler, they also would color match, worth a look

I received a reply from DandCdesign that they do offer the cowls without lights.

"We do offer blank housings as an option. We offer these as a black unfinished shell or color matched to factory paint codes if interested in possible running this for an air setup."

Hit them up by phone or email HERE as that option is not listed on the webpage.

Disclaimer - I have no relationship with DandCdesign, I just think it is a very cool product.

I think I am going to try and have the best of both worlds by going with a shorter light (4 inches) and having an air coupler there also. I have no need for a gauge there (on the hose), or a switch (one of the factory aux switches)

(crappy photochop as the perspectives are off, but the general idea)

That would be awesome. I can't wait to see what you guys come up with. I love the idea of using this space.

I just got an email from Northridge today. Went to their site and shows they're in stock.

Northridge had 15 listed this afternoon. They are showing 0 now. I grabbed a few of them to put together some kits with our compressor mounts.
