Looks like QC would have caught that.Found these two dents today after cleaning up from the rain. No paint damage. These look like they existed before paint.

Anything is possible I guess but I would not lean on that being factory damage that missed quite a few quality inspection steps before it got to you to include the dealer PDI.
Had it parked in any shopping lots? Could be cart damage or somebody else rolling something and dinging it
