Hi all I have 24k on my Mojave, Looking at the tires I noticed lugs casting shadows as if they were protruding past one another and not at even heights.
Is this normal?
I Rotate every 4k at least, and keep them at 33-34psi.

Interested to see if anyone else experiences this also…

I’ve got this going on too, at 28k in my 2023. Rotate every oil change which varies but mainly 4-5k.

Some posts have indicated its suspension related, e.g. shock going bad, etc.. hoping that’s not the case

Mine look like that too. But i was under the impression the tire is engineered to do that. For grip purposes.

I was thinking the same, staggered design to help with noise, grip, etc.. but seems odd it’s occurring as they wear and isn’t present on a new AT3

Well i imagine mold wise its easier to have the tire break in do the job rather than try and get a lip on every sipe at the factory.

Tire pressure seems low, what does the pillar say they should be?

I have 36k miles on a set of Falkens and they are doing the same thing. I also rotate about every 5k miles.

Looks like an alignment issue. I have 38K on mine and they are wearing flat. No cupping or feathering.

50k on my original at3s. Flawless. I had another 10k left but replaced them with at4s. IMO, there isnt a better AT tire....

Took some pictures of mine. Leveled 1.5 without an alignment and rotated every oil change @ ~5,000 miles. Can see the overlap lapping and can see the weird wear by the color of each tread. The lighter colored the tread the taller it is. Really weird. It’s all 4 tires, inflated to 37psi cold for most of their life. 29500 on them currently.
Thinking I can easily get 40 out of them, maybe a little more. Wearing isn’t a problem just curious why so many of us have the same issue exactly.

Cupping wear appeared on mine around 40k. Dealer insisted it was an alignment problem. We found a local, independent front end specialist. His remark was, “the factory spec has too much toe in”. He did a 4-wheel alignment to his specifications and no problems since. Drives straight, no wiggle or wobble and w/regular rotation the tires are now wearing evenly.

Mine had same cupping issue, despite cross rotation and alignment. Had three tire shops say they have seen the same issue with Falken ATs (some other brands as well). I started hearing more road noise at 18k miles, and howling got worse at about 20k. Only suspension mod at the time was front leveling kit. Changed over to BFG KO2- so much better (less noise, even wear, softer ride, etc.).
