OK, let's be clear - is this about plywood, particle board, OSB or MDF?
Plywood is typically the lightest. Easy to deal with and haul.
And if plywood - both sides sanded or one side? Marine grade? Oak veneer?

You're thinking to hard Shadow. Plywood is just Plywood. Just squint at it and ask the one true question. What normal things can I replace with home made Plywood contraptions? Just ask @steffen707

Cracks me up that some people offering advice don't know the difference between and spacer lift and a leveling kit. Not calling out anyone in particular, just noting something that made me chuckle. Like previously mentioned, internet advice should absolutely be taken with a grain of salt, and chosen wisely.

It was entertaining at first, but now it is just getting annoying. I’m to the point of blocking some prophets.

It's the same with every vehicle on every forum and car based page, and it goes hand in hand with people who want to ask questions without doing any research on their own.

Cracks me up when people post about products, etc. and don't bother to provide any relevant info or links. Not calling you out but perhaps those with info and knowledge could share that instead of making fun of those who don't know. Just noting something that doesn't make me chuckle.

Man you got a lot of good questions. What we need is some kind of prophets to tell us all the answers! .I only know about vintage plywood. I'll trust that the new fangled stuff will fit, I guess. It's the same shape right? Prophets speak!

You don't want me involved in those - have a full wood shop above my auto shop. check out the wood wheels on the garbage can.

Thanks - that's sort of a retreat place to relax and work on projects.

When we owned our store I started making quilt bars, racks, stands and other stuff and was wearing out my cheap table saw. So my wife bought me a nicer one with a cast iron table.
Got to doing more and more and ran out of garage and tired of constantly putting things away to switch from wood to cars and back.
Built this shop with a second floor for the wood working. Two years ago she got me the big band saw for Christmas, somewhere in between it was the planer.

Oh man....I haven't even begun to make contraptions yet.....i've got some plans in the ole grape though.
