No. If the option is not available from the factory for that model, getting it added afterwards is nearly impossible. It may be possible with a willing dealer that knows the codes to enter in the proper head unit, and it is possible they would be lost with the next software update.

Off road pages are a uconnect feature and are not a feature of the insane Audio head unit.

Off Road cruise (Select Speed button in the center stack for all trucks) is different than off road plus (option next to the locker/sway bar controls on the Rubicon). The latter has to do with how the traction control works in 4Hi and the transmission shifts and throttle sensitivity in 4Lo.

I would imagine it can definitely be added but like adding lockers and sway bar disconnect controls, you'll need to replace the harness behind the dash (among other things) because the Sport/Sport S/Overland versions don't have any connector there. I'm curious if the Mojave shares the Rubicon harness for cost savings and if it would be possible to add those features more readily because that would make it an instant winner in my book.
