So for those that are running any type of fender chop (Rugged Ridge, American Adventure Labs, Quake LED….) do you have any regrets? I have the Rugged Ridge kit w/ DRL that has been sitting in my garage for a couple months because of the whole point of no return once the cut is made. Currently I have the stock Rubicon Fenders with Artec Inner fenders and stock LEDs and have no Rubbing issues w/ my 37x13.5 Toyos MTs, so I really won’t be gaining anything but a look at this point. Interested to see what issues or regrets people have if any after doing the chop.

I’ve been waiting on rugged ridge chop kit to come back in stock, hopefully the 17 of this month they actually become available agian. Curious if anyone has any regrets as well.

I waited a while to get mine in. They sent me the brackets twice then finally the DRL’s a couple of months later.

I have no regrets. I have been running the rugged Ridge chop kit for two years.

The only thing I’ve noticed is sometimes you can hear the relays clicking when you cut the blinkers on other than that everything works as it should, and I love the way it looks!

No regrets with quake. The only gripe is that it’s supposed to not cause hyperflash with non led model jeeps like mine and it does so I need to buy a taser now to correct it.

I did the fender chop and regret it ever time I look at it. White Jeep black flares all you see is the white under flare finally painted white black under flare. It might look better if flares were body color but I will never do it again on another Jeep.

I have the Rugged Ridge, no regrets. I love it. 3.5" lift and 40" tires.

What did yall do at the bottom of the front fenders to keep it from flapping and making a noise ?
