Fender Flare Paint Removal

Any thoughts on how to best remove factory paint from mounted rear fender flares? Hoping I can end up with something that resembles factory non-painted flares

Doubt you would be able to end up with a clean consistent finish. Probably easier to try and find someone to trade your colors ones for black with.

Doubt you would be able to end up with a clean consistent finish. Probably easier to try and find someone to trade your colors ones for black with.
Probably right. I picked up a set of Rubi tske offs but they are from a JL so the rears won’t work. Unfortunately my JT has painted flares.

Probably right. I picked up a set of Rubi tske offs but they are from a JL so the rears won’t work. Unfortunately my JT has painted flares.
Did you get the liners from the Rubicon too? It not you need them, or after market.

Just buy up some takeoff rears and try to sell yours.

yes I got a complete set, front and rear with liners off a 2022 JLURD.
