I got a flexible funnel with a wide mouth and figured out how to hold wide end of my rack(simple Paracord) take the plastic container out of the box. Flip it to where the filler nozzle is on the high side. Pour. Working for me so far I'll try to get a picture later

i take the def jug out of the box, use the hose that comes with the jug, extend it fully, stick it in the hole and take my time and start pour it in, not that complicated. I fill up at about 1/2 tank or less so i use a full 2.5 gallon jug. If any spills i splash the area with water after i put the cap back on and go about my business.

I stick the hose in extend it fully and put the box on the bed rail AND fuel door kinda sitting. Then i stab the top of the def fluid container so it actually drains and doesnt take 20 minutes.

Ummm...... every small DEF jug (2.5 gals) that I have ever used had an air valve in it, like a piece of rubber that starts to let air in once the jug is about 1/3 empty. Yes it takes a few minutes but really how often are you guys putting DEF in?
(.......looks out window at 31 DEF using buses......)

Stab a hole in the top it goes 3x as fast atleast. Also in my EXP the little black one way nipple spits fluid out onto the side of my jeep id say its 50/50. By poking the hole it just goes and doesnt have to burble every few seconds.

Efficiency!

I always check the black rubber valve inside the cap. I've found 2 so far stuck together. If they are stuck. It won't let air in. And it goes glug.....glug....glug......

I just tried the pump DEF the other day. No problems, the nozzle clicks off just like a gas pump. $3.27 gal.

The main thing I ensure is that the nozzle is firmly attached to the jug. when you think it’s tight enough give it just a little bit more. Dump a full jug just after it passes have full on the gauge and I haven’t to build a drop.
